Kellie began her training in public practice before venturing into the commercial workspace, working for a public listed transport company. It was there that she gained valuable exposure to the outsource model, working in the head office with business units across Australia. She then moved into mining, with big systems and reporting schedules, and she was able to experience other side of the outsource model, with head office located in Queensland and her workplace being the site. Kellie now drives transformation, high output and innovation of businesses within AccountCom and is passionate about developing high-performing teams and outstanding leaders. Wife, mum and avid fitness enthusiast.
Carol’s experience emanates from a strong background in mining, having previously been employed as Administration Manager at Hunter Valley Earthmoving and Commercial Manager at Mt Owen Mine. For more than a decade, she and her daughter Kellie took on roles as directors of AccountCom. Carol’s role at AccountCom is primarily an advisory role within the organisation and performing the function of the Finance Department at AccountCom. Wife, mum, grandmother and artist.
